We are looking for Cabin Crew to join our Shanghai base on a full-time basis.
The position of Cabin Crew is one of prestige and immense responsibility.As an Air New Zealand Cabin Crew, you will have a
chance to lead customers to their destinations safely while providing strong leadership along with the best customer service experience

Key Requirements: The ability to work and live permanently in China, and be fluent inspoken & written Mandarin.Be fluent in spoken and written English (exams are in English)·
An ability to travel overseas is required including a valid passportwith a minimum of 2 years validity.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as working infine-dining restaurants, 4-5 star hotels, hospitality, luxury retai!nursing, or other positions with a strong customer focus. Applicants from a non-aviation background are welcome.

1)College/university graduate and 1years’ customer service experience.

2) High School graduate and 2 years’customer service experience
Height minimum: 160cm
Be physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment. No
medical conditions that impact your fitness-to-fly.Be able to swim confidently 50 meters in under two minutes andtread water for one minute (this will be tested- no exceptions). lfyou cannot meet this requirement, please do not apply.
